Can the radio transmission be disrupted?

There are a variety of devices in every household that operate in a frequency range of 433 MHz, respectively 868 MHz, and they are used on a daily basis: TV remote, garage door opener, etc. These devices differ in their transmission process within the frequency range, as well as in the coding of the signal. A radio call centre performs a listening test every hour and scans the frequency range for signals that could disturb communication with your components. Is it necessary to establish a direct connection between the alarm system and a security firm?

The connection is not absolutely necessary, but it is still a sensible option, especially since the swift intervention by trained staff frequently prevents greater damage. It is important to consider, however, that the automatic connection entails a monthly fee that may vary depending on provider and service.
